Terms and Conditions

Vouchers are valid for a minimum of 3 years from the date of purchase, in accordance with Australian Consumer Law.

Vouchers can be redeemed for any private chef experience offered by Savour by Matt & Alice, subject to availability.
Bookings must be made directly with us and are subject to our standard booking terms.

Vouchers are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash.
Lost, stolen, or damaged vouchers will not be replaced unless proof of purchase is provided.

Advance booking is required.
A minimum number of guests or spend may apply depending on the chosen menu/service

Additional travel fees may apply for events outside the Perth metro area.

Standard cancellation policies apply to all bookings made using a voucher.
Failure to provide sufficient notice may result in forfeiture of the voucher.

No post-purchase fees, such as activation or maintenance fees, will be charged.

In the event of business closure or change of ownership, existing vouchers will be honoured if the business is sold as a going concern.
