Terms and Conditions

  • Vouchers are valid for a minimum of 3 years from the date of purchase, in accordance with Australian Consumer Law.

    • Vouchers can be redeemed for any private chef experience offered by Savour by Matt & Alice, subject to availability.

    • Bookings must be made directly with us and are subject to our standard booking terms.

    • Vouchers are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash.

    • Lost, stolen, or damaged vouchers will not be replaced unless proof of purchase is provided.

    • Advance booking is required.

    • A minimum number of guests or spend may apply depending on the chosen menu/service

  • Additional travel fees may apply for events outside the Perth metro area.

    • Standard cancellation policies apply to all bookings made using a voucher.

    • Failure to provide sufficient notice may result in forfeiture of the voucher.

  • No post-purchase fees, such as activation or maintenance fees, will be charged.

  • In the event of business closure or change of ownership, existing vouchers will be honoured if the business is sold as a going concern.

  • Savour by Matt & Alice reserves the right to update these terms and conditions at any time.
