Choose one;

  • Slow cooked beef, garlic & herb crust, celeriac puree, rich red wine sauce

  • Pan seared Market fish, chorizo & prawn orzo, romesco, basil

  • Sautéed chicken ballotine, smoked bacon & herb stuffing, rich chicken & white wine sauce, pomme puree, baby spinach

  • Margaret river eye fillet of beef, confit duck fat potatoes, peppercorn sauce, watercress

Desserts

Choose one;

  • Profiteroles – delicate choux puffs filled with Chantilly cream drenched in milk chocolate

  • Cherry frangipane, rich almond cake, cherries, sweet buttery pastry, vanilla ice cream

  • Eton mess- crushed meringue, whipped cream, and fresh strawberries.
