  • Golden fried crispy fishcake, packed with flaked local fish, aged cheddar & chives, white wine butter sauce

  • Glazed confit duck leg, spiced pumpkin puree, toasted buckwheat & apricot 

  • Leek & comte cheese potato croquettes, parmesan custard, chives (V)

  • Slow cooked beef, garlic & herb crust, celariac puree, rich red wine sauce

  • Pan seared market fish, tomato beurre blanc, caponata, basil

  • Sautéed chicken ballotine, smoked bacon & herb stuffing, rich chicken & white wine sauce, pomme puree, baby spinach

  • Dry aged Eye fillet, cooked medium rare, peppercorn sauce duck fat potatoes, watercress (additional $20pp)

Desserts

Choose one;

  • Profiteroles – delicate choux puffs filled with Chantilly cream drench in milk chocolate

  • Cherry frangipane, rich almond cake, cherries, sweet buttery pastry, vanilla ice cream

  • Eton mess- crushed meringue, whipped cream, and fresh strawberries.
