  • Beef wellington - dry aged eye fillet, wrapped in a mushroom duxelles, parma ham, savoury crepe and flaky puff pastry.

  • Sautéed seasonal greens tossed in a herb butter

  • Pomme Puree, roasted carrots & beef and red wine jus
