To Start

Start your meal with a selection of the following included entrées.

  • Pork belly skewer, korean BBQ glaze, toasted sesame

  • WA prawn skewer, nam jim sauce

  • Tikka spiced chicken, simply grilled, herb yogurt, crunchy cucumber and fresh chilli

Main

Choose two, all mains served with a selection of sides for the table

  • Chargrilled dry aged beef, chimichurri, duck fat potatoes

  • Pan seared market fish, crunchy vietnamese salad, mango & lime salsa

  • Half grilled WA lobster, herb and garlic butter, potato, dill and creme fraiche salad (additional charge)

  • Succulent moroccan spiced shoulder of lamb, mint yogurt dip, flat bread

  • Miso and caramelised white chocolate tart, whipped cream, apricot & black sesame compote

  • Coconut cheesecake, caramelised pineapple, fresh passionfruit, toasted coconut flakes
