Italian Gathering

Inspired by long lunches and full tables, our Italian Gathering menu is all about rustic, vibrant dishes served family-style. Fresh, seasonal ingredients and timeless flavours come together to create a shared dining experience that’s as heartfelt as it is delicious.

To Start

All entrees below are included;

  • Mushroom & parmesan arancini (crispy golden fried risotto balls) mozzarella, fresh herbs

  • La Delizia stracciatella, tomato, basil, extra virgin olive oil

  • Tear and share garlic and herb ciabatta bread

  • 24 month aged prosciutto

Mains

Choose one;

  • Golden fried chicken, rich white wine and lemon sauce & fresh parsley

  • Local Amelia park farm lamb sliced, served on caponata - a traditional sicilian dish compromising of roasted eggplant, tomato, capsicum and capers

  • Porchetta - fennel and sage stuffed and slow roasted pork belly

Sides

Choose two;

  • Garlic roasted potatoes, fresh thyme, extra virgin olive oil

  • Tomato salad - heirloom tomatoes, basil, balsamic vinaigrette

  • Zucchini ribbon salad, chilli and fennel dressing, ricotta, fresh basil

Pasta

For a pasta based menu, the main course can be replaced with a pasta course.

Choose two;

  • Pappardelle Pesto alla Genovese - Silky ribbons of fresh pappardelle tossed in a classic basil pesto, toasted pine nuts, garlic, Parmigiano Reggiano and EVOO

  • Pasta ai Gamberi Reali - Conchiglioni pasta tossed with sweet king prawns, sauteed with garlic and chilli, EVOO, baby zucchini, finished with fresh parsley

  • Mafalde al Ragu alla Bolognese - Mafalde pasta coated in a slow-cooked Bolognese beef Ragu, tomato aromatics, finished with lashing of Pecorino

  • Pork & Fennel Sausage Ragu - Orecchiette pasta with Italian pork and fennel sausage ragu, gently simmered with tomato, garlic and herbs and finished with Parmigiano Reggiano

Dessert

Choose one;

  • Lemon and olive oil cake, whipped mascarpone, fresh strawberries

  • Classic Tiramisu - layers of creamy mascarpone, rich coffee soaked lady fingers and a dusting of cocoa
